I like the mitten because I like it when the animals crawl into the mitten.The animals think the mitten is a blanket.they go inside the mitten so they can stay warm.When the last animal gets inside the mitten,the last animal sneezes.Then the mitten falls in the sky and Nicki catches it.

My favorite book by Jan Brett was Trouble With Trolls because Treva gave away her clothes for her dog and she is very nice. My least favorite book was Daisy Comes Home because Daisy got lost and a Fisherman took Daisy.Also my other least favorite book was Fritz and the Beatiful horses because Fritz was not a beatiful pony. I think other kids would like Trouble with Trolls because Treva gave away her clothes for her dog.

MY favorite book was the Gingerbread baby and the Gingerbread friends.It made me feel like a star. Why because it was funny it remind me of when i made a gingerbread baby and a house and friends .My favorite part was when they ran after him why because it was fun .

My favorite book of Jan Brett was the The Thrree Snow Bears.My favorite part is when the litte girl came inside the snow bears house.My least favorite part is when the started puting the bears boots.My least favorite character is the litte girl.It maked me feel happy.I think student can read this book because some parts were funny an unfunny.

My favorite book by Jan Brett is the Gingerbread Friends because the Gingerbread Baby found 20 friends.My favorite part in the story is when he went in the mouse hole and the mouse was about to eat him because it was funny. The character I liked alot is the Gingerbread baby because he was very funny. The part I did not like was when the people chased him out of the cake store. I think other children should read this book because there are funny parts.

My favorite book by Jan Brett was The Mitten.This is my favorite book because my favorite part is when Nikki’s white mitten fell and he did not even know that the mitten was on the floor.My favorite character is Nikki because he climbed a tree.My least favorite book is The Umbrella and comet’s nine lives because Comet kept on dieing.The Umbrella is my other least favorite book because The Umbrella is the same as The Mitten.My least favorite character is Carlos because he went up the tree when the animals were under the big tree.

I love the seires 26 fairmount avenu. It is so much fun reading Tomie dePaola books. My favorite part in On My Way is when Tomie finally got his own library card. That was my favorite part because I just got my library card today!

we read jan brett books i like the book annie and the wild animals because they had a cat and i like cats and i Also have a cat my self. and i like the part when the cat came home and she had her 3 babys and she was happy, and i also like honey honey lion because it was so exinting, and you should of read that book. can i tell you what happen? the honey guidewas a bird and he had a friend named honey bagerd and one day the honey bagerd was eating all of the honey. Also the honey guide lead the bagerd o the lion. Also it was a perfect story to tell you about for me. and i hope you enjoye it.

Our class studied Jan Brett. We really enjoy all of her books. Some of our favorites are Honey, Honey, Lion!, Annie and the Wild Animals, The Hat, Armadillo Rodeo, The Mitten, and The 3 Little Dassies. We enjoyed these books because they were so funny. ” It was very funny when the Armadillo in Armadillo Rodeo thought Harmony Jean’s boot was a real friend” said Hema. “It was funny when the Honey Badger took the Honey Guide to the lion” exclaimed Isabel.
